Lintech International, LLC, a US distributor of specialty chemicals and minerals, recently announced the acquisition of Andicor Specialty Chemicals Corporation, a Canadian specialty chemicals company.
The acquisition creates a new company, Lintech International Canada Ltd, DBA Andicor Specialty Chemicals. The partnership positions the two sister companies for long-term growth against the backdrop of an evolving chemical industry landscape.

Headquartered in Mississauga, Ont., Andicor was founded in December 2002 and primarily serves customers in the adhesives; sealants and elastomers; coatings and inks; composites; plastics; rubber; consumer care; and industrial specialty markets.

The acquisition of Andicor is a transformational opportunity for both companies. The partnership also creates unique complexity reduction opportunities for both suppliers and customers.
