TIGER Drylac has introduced TIGERTexT, a messaging system that allows customers to reach the company’s Customer Experience or Inside Sales Representative directly via SMS text message.

TIGERTexT allows customers to avoid crowded email or voice mail boxes and interact directly with their representative to check inventory, determine lead times, receive price quotes, place orders, or make technical inquires, the company says adding that TIGERText is not meant to replace email or voice communications, but to act as an additional service.

“At TIGER we are working hard to be easy to do business with. Our customers told us they prefer to have an option to place inquiries via text as it is a fast and convenient two-way communication,” says Dan Simovic, Co-CEO of TIGER Drylac North America.
