Royal Adhesives & Sealants LLC has acquired the stock of Adhesive Systems Inc. of Frankfort, IL. ASI develops, manufactures, and markets cyanoacrylate, methyl methacrylate, epoxy and anaerobic adhesives and sells to the assembly adhesives market through a large network of global distributors. “We are excited to acquire ASI,” said Ted Clark, chief executive officer of Royal, “and partner with the company’s founders Ed Koziol and Gary Johnson, both of whom are long-time adhesive industry entrepreneurs and have built a leading assembly adhesives business.
