The Powder Coating Institute (PCI) will host Powder Coating 2016 from April 11 through 14 at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park, GA. This facility is conveniently located next to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.  “Education is so important to the advancement of our industry,” says PCI executive director, Trena Benson. “An outstanding technical conference that will bring the latest trends & developments in powder coating along with information for those who are both new to the industry and long-time powder coating professionals makes this the ‘must attend’ powder coating event of the year.”  The event will begin with PCI’s popular Powder Coating 101: Basic Essentials Workshop, offered Monday and Tuesday, April 11 and 12. This will include both classroom and hands on training demonstrations. The Powder Coating 2016 technical conference takes place on Wednesday and Thursday, April 13 and 14, with general sessions each morning, followed by concurrent technical sessions. A two-day tabletop exhibition that will feature powder coating manufacturers, powder coating application equipment, system houses, chemical suppliers and the various services and supplies that support the powder coating industry will also be held on Wednesday and Thursday. If you are interested in reserving a tabletop exhibit at Powder Coating 2016, contact Andy Goyer, at Sponsorships are also available. Wednesday afternoon/evening will include a networking event alongside the tabletops with food and beverages and lighter activities. Registration will be available in mid-January 2016.
