KOCH Finishing Systems, a provider of finishing solutions for industrial applications, recently announced that Josh Gilberg has been named president of the company. Retiring president, Dan Hoefling, will remain in a strategic consulting role through March 31, 2024.
“Josh’s appointment as the new president of KOCH Finishing Systems marks a new chapter in our company’s history,” said Kevin Koch, president and CEO of Koch Enterprises. “His extensive industry knowledge and alignment with company values and goals make him the ideal choice to lead us into the future.”
Gilberg has successfully led various teams and spearheaded key initiatives over the past three years. Prior to joining KOCH, Gilberg served as product engineer and strategic buyer at Allison Transmission, and most recently was vice-president of purchasing and cost estimating at Gibbs Die Casting Corporation. Gilberg has consistently demonstrated stewardship, strategic acumen, and a deep understanding of the industry.
