Gema USA Inc. recently announced that Jeff Hale celebrated 35 years of service with the company. Hale is currently the director of marketing for Gema and is responsible for managing the marketing team for the powder coating business covering the United States and Canada. Hale graduated from Purdue University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering technology.
Entering the finishing industry in 1987, Hale has held a variety of positions within Gema including engineering, product management, sales, distribution management, and marketing.
He is also an active participant within the powder coating industry as a presenter at technical conferences, trade shows, and training classes, and has written several articles on the powder coating process for various societies and trade publications. Hale is a recipient of a United States Patent and active member of the Powder Coating Institute and Chemical Coaters Association.
