Larson Electronics has a new explosion proof LED light fixture that is approved for paint spray booths, and combines one visible white light with a 365NM ultraviolet light. This 4-ft, two-lamp Class 1 Division 1 light fixture has a T6 temperature rating and paint spray booth certification. It is equipped with LEDT-series bulbs that produce 3,500 lumens of visible white light and 19,200 mW of ultraviolet intensity. The 28 watt LED lamp produces 125 lumens per watt and offers lowered amp draw and increased reliability. The LED assembly is mounted within a tube constructed from extruded aluminum and a polycarbonate lens. The solid state design of light emitting diodes provides a more reliable, stable, and energy efficient light source over traditional fluorescent lighting. This fixture carries a T6 temperature rating and is approved for Class 1 Division 1 Groups C and D, Class 1 Division 2 Groups A, B, C, and D environments where flammable or combustible gases, vapors, dusts, and flying fibers exist or might exist. It is universal voltage, and operates on any voltage ranging from 120 volts AC to 277 volts AC.
