Venjakob Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG, based in Rheda-Wiedenbr├╝ck, Germany, will be presenting several new developments at this year’s Paint Expo. These include a new dry separation system for automatic spray painting plants, and an entirely new dry extraction system. This system combines the advantages of a dry separation system (low purchase and operating costs, with no unpleasant odors due to breakdown products) and the familiar arguments in favour of the water-backed system (clean booth and constant exhaust air capacity). The new design is recommended for high and low paint throughput, and for high-quality finishes. The paper is easy to dispose of, as with the familiar Andrea filters. The new separation system can be individually adapted during spraying to the various requirements concerning the resulting overspray. The selected settings are reproducible. The new dry separation system is suitable for all paint systems and can be tested by potential customers in cooperation with their paint supplier in our in-house demonstration centre.
